Now more than ever before, teens are looking for opportunities to come together, share their voices, and gain inspiration from their peers on how to thrive in todays modern world.

With half the year behind us, it is a wonderful moment to reflect on all that has been accomplished and overcome. In preparation of tackling the ever growing personal and academic to do list, we will offer a moment of pause.

In our upcoming workshop we will reflect on the first half of the school year and revisit academic goals. During our time together we will focus on articulating what is important to us and makes us feel inspired, and create tools to eliminate distractions that prevent us from thriving.

Each participant will leave with a vision board, visual reminders of the tools we used for self-reflection, a full belly with a nourishing dinner, new connections, a sense of being seen and heard, and goals for the upcoming year.
